Epoxy sheet Coil Coating is supplied for coating projects involving steel, aluminum, or stainless-steel sheet. The material is liquid, and the listed composition consists mainly of polyester resin and pigments. Shade requirements may be specified through RAL K7 or Pantone references. Customer-defined production is also available.
A complete inquiry can include five basic items: metal substrate, required shade, purchasing volume, packing preference, and any customization request. Once these points are agreed, an approved sample can be used as the working reference for the production batch. This method gives the purchasing specification a physical benchmark and keeps later inspection tied to what was confirmed before manufacturing.

Founded in 2004, Pingyuan Wente Industry Co., Ltd. manufactures polyester resin, color-coated sheet, paints, and coatings. The site covers 110 mu and has 103 employees, including a research and development group of more than 30 people.
OEM, ODM, and customer-specified manufacturing are available for this coating. A free sample can be requested before the formal order. The pre-sales team can support a small trial, allowing the buyer to review the material before committing to container quantity. Where matching work is required, the customer's existing sample can be sent to the factory as the development reference. The resulting custom sample is generally dispatched to the nominated address about one week after receipt of that reference.
Inspection Anchored to the Approved Sample
Quality checking begins when raw materials enter the factory. Manufacturing is then carried out under a consistent process arrangement. After production is completed, the coating is evaluated before packing by using the relevant indicators of the approved customer sample. The full quantity is inspected before packing.
The company has established ISO9001 and ISO14001 management systems and maintains a professional quality inspection organization. A purchaser may appoint a third party to inspect the order. For overseas projects, photo and video updates can be shared as the batch passes through manufacturing, packing, and dispatch. These records give purchasing teams visibility into order execution prior to factory release.
Container Loading, Protection and Delivery Issues
An order normally starts at approximately 30 tons, which is about one container. More than one color or model may be included within that minimum quantity. A standard batch is generally produced in around 3 days. A customized batch generally requires about one week, while repeat purchases can be moved forward in scheduling.
Shipment can be prepared in 200 kg galvanized drums or ton drums. The smaller drums may be palletized, secured by straps, and separated with cardboard for transport. If damage is identified after the shipment arrives, the company will communicate with the logistics provider and discuss with the buyer whether replacement goods are required. This keeps delivery-related handling connected to the documented inspection and shipment process.
