Color-Focused Topcoat for Metal Coil Surfaces
Polyester Coil Coating Topcoat Paint is a liquid topcoat made mainly from polyester resin and pigments. It is intended for surface finishing on steel sheet, aluminum sheet, and stainless steel sheet. Because the product serves as a topcoat, color confirmation is an important part of order preparation. Buyers may select shades by referring to the RAL K7 color chart or Pantone references, and custom production is available for projects with defined color requirements.
For metal sheet programs that need a consistent surface appearance, purchasers can submit a target color code or a physical reference sample during the inquiry stage. The factory can then prepare a sample for confirmation before a bulk production plan is finalized. This approach gives both sides a direct physical reference instead of relying only on screen colors or written color descriptions.

Color Inspection and Production Control
Color consistency is supported by inspection equipment that includes a color difference meter. The factory also has a UV weathering test chamber and salt spray test chamber. Incoming raw materials are inspected before entering production, and manufacturing follows unified process management.
Before packing, finished goods are checked against the relevant indicators of the sample approved by the customer, followed by full inspection. Third-party inspection is accepted when required. Photos and videos can be provided while the order moves through production, packing, and dispatch, allowing purchasing personnel to review progress without being on site.
Repeat Orders, Packing and Supply Continuity
The MOQ for Polyester Coil Coating Topcoat Paint is approximately 30 tons. Different colors or models can be combined within the same MOQ, which is useful for purchasing plans involving several surface colors. Standard products normally require about 3 days for production, while customized products normally require around one week. Repeat orders can receive priority scheduling.
Available packing includes 200 kg galvanized drums placed on pallets or ton drums. Pallets, straps, and cardboard between drums can be used to strengthen export packing. Each salesperson is supported by corresponding after-sales personnel, covering quotation, sample trials, production follow-up, and later usage feedback. For customers who need recurring color supply, previously confirmed samples and order information can support smoother replenishment and multi-batch purchasing.
