R&D Background and Custom Development
Pingyuan Wente Industry Co., Ltd. has worked in polyester resin and coil coating since 2004. In 2023, the company completed the development of silicone modified polyester resin and coating products. A research and development team of more than 30 people supports technical communication and project-specific development.
Silicone Modified Polyester Coil Coating can be produced according to customer requirements, with OEM and ODM support available. Buyers may request free samples before placing a bulk order. When an existing customer sample is used as the development reference, a custom sample is usually dispatched to the specified destination about one week after the factory receives that sample. This creates a practical stage for trial use and technical confirmation before larger-volume production begins.

Product Configuration for Metal Coil Projects
The coating is supplied in liquid form and is mainly made from polyester resin and pigments. It can be used on steel sheet, aluminum sheet, and stainless steel sheet. Color selection may follow the RAL K7 color chart or Pantone references, while other requirements can be discussed as part of a customized product program.
For purchasing teams, the key information can be settled during sample development: the reference sample, intended color, metal substrate, and later production requirements. Confirming these items early gives both sides a shared physical reference for the commercial order. This is especially useful where the customer plans to conduct a small trial before approving container-scale quantities.
Sample-Based Inspection Through Production
The quality process starts with inspection of incoming raw materials. Manufacturing is managed under a unified production process. Before packing, the finished coating is checked against the relevant indicators of the customer-approved sample and is then subject to full inspection.
The factory uses a UV weathering test chamber, salt spray test chamber, and color difference meter as part of its inspection resources. Independent third-party inspection can also be arranged by the purchaser. Using the confirmed sample as the reference from development through pre-packing inspection helps carry the agreed project requirements into bulk delivery.
Order Planning, Packaging and Ongoing Follow-Up
The minimum order quantity is approximately 30 tons. Different colors or models can be combined within the same MOQ. Standard production normally takes about 3 days, while customized production normally takes about one week. Repeat orders can receive priority scheduling.
Packing choices include 200 kg galvanized drums placed on pallets and ton drums. For international shipment, pallets and straps can be applied, with cardboard inserted between drums for additional stability. Photos and videos can be provided during production, packing, and dispatch. Sales and after-sales personnel can also continue to follow later usage feedback, color development needs, and repeat purchasing.
