Polyurethane sheet primer is a liquid primer product for coil coating applications. Production Technology and Pre-Order Sampling

Core basic raw materials can be supplied internally, and manufacturing uses Siemens program control technology together with an intelligent control system.
The factory can produce according to customer requirements and supports OEM and ODM. Free samples can be requested for initial trials. When custom development is required, the buyer may provide a reference sample. A customized sample is normally completed and sent to the customer's designated location about one week after the reference is received.
Inspection Before Packing and Technical Follow-Up
Incoming materials are inspected before use, after which bulk production is managed under a unified process. Finished material is checked before packing in accordance with the relevant indicators of the customer-confirmed sample, and full inspection is performed before the order is packed.
Third-party inspection can be accommodated. For customers managing orders remotely, photographs and videos can be supplied from production through packing and shipment. During the sales stage, after-sales personnel can also participate in communication related to the customer's production line. If an issue occurs, the corresponding team can respond and continue following the later use of the product, including on-site handling when needed.
Flexible Order Composition and Trade Terms
The MOQ for Polyurethane sheet primer is about 30 tons. Different colors or models may be included in one MOQ, giving purchasers more flexibility when several primer requirements need to be consolidated. Standard orders normally take about 3 days to produce, while customized orders normally take about one week. Repeat purchases can be given scheduling priority.
Packing options include 200 kg galvanized drums on pallets and ton drums. Export loads can be secured with pallet straps, with cardboard placed between drums. EXW, FOB, and DDP terms are available. Regular orders use a deposit with the remaining balance settled before the goods leave the factory, while customized order terms are discussed according to the specific project.
