Project-Oriented Color and Substrate Selection
PVDF Coil Coating Paint is supplied as a liquid coating for metal coil finishing. Its main materials are polyester resin and pigments, and it can be used on steel sheet, aluminum sheet, and stainless steel sheet. Color selection can follow the RAL K7 color chart or Pantone references, while custom color requirements can also be discussed for specific purchasing projects.
For repeat programs or projects with several metal specifications, the practical starting point is to confirm the substrate, target color, order quantity, and preferred packing method. This allows the supplier to prepare samples and align the later production plan with the approved project information. A clear approval stage helps buyers keep sample confirmation and mass production connected instead of treating them as separate steps.
Product application
Inspection, Order Visibility and Delivery Control
Incoming raw materials are inspected before production. The manufacturing process follows unified process management, and finished goods are checked before packing against the relevant indicators of the sample confirmed by the customer. A full inspection is completed before packing.
The company has a professional quality inspection organization with equipment including a UV weathering test chamber, salt spray test chamber, and color difference meter. Third-party inspection is accepted when required. Photos and videos can also be provided during production, packing, and shipment so buyers can follow the actual order status remotely. Sales personnel work together with after-sales staff to maintain communication when production or delivery issues need follow-up.
Commercial Terms and Export Packing
The MOQ is approximately 30 tons. Different colors or models may be combined within one MOQ order. Standard products are normally produced in about 3 days, while customized products normally require about one week. Repeat orders can be prioritized.
PVDF Coil Coating Paint can be packed in 200 kg galvanized drums placed on pallets or in ton drums. Export shipments can use pallets, straps, and cardboard between drums for added transport stability. EXW, FOB, and DDP trade terms are supported. Regular orders require a deposit with the balance paid before the goods leave the factory, while payment terms for customized products are discussed according to the specific order.
