Flat Sheet for Forming, Decoration and Assembly

Colour coated plain sheet is suitable for purchasing projects that require a flat metal sheet for later processing, decoration, or assembly. Substrate choices include stainless steel, aluminum sheet, cold-rolled steel sheet, hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, and galvalume steel sheet. Thickness can be selected from 0.09 to 1.5 mm, width options are 750 mm and 1500 mm, coil inner diameter is 508 mm or 610 mm, length can be customized, and coating thickness ranges from 8 to 30 μm.

Available colors include sea blue, white gray, gray, crimson, dark green, and ivory white. Buyers may also specify Pantone or RAL references. Surface options include plain, pearlescent, metallic, embossed, matte, printed, and anti-fingerprint finishes.

The product range can meet bending and stamping forming requirements. For customers planning secondary processing, the intended forming method can be included during the inquiry stage together with sheet thickness, width, substrate, and surface requirement.

Listed applications include building curtain walls and enclosures, refrigerator panels, washing-machine and air-conditioner housings, automotive interior components, office furniture, cabinets, signs, and advertising boards. For appliance, furniture, and advertising projects where visual consistency is important, color can be confirmed using Pantone or RAL references before mass manufacture.

Custom Sheet Development and Inspection

Pingyuan Wente Industry Co., Ltd. supplies polyester resin, color-coated sheet, paint, and coating products. The factory covers 110 mu, employs 103 people, includes more than 30 research and development personnel, and has professional quality inspection staff. Production uses Siemens program control technology and an intelligent control system.

The factory can manufacture according to customer requirements and supports customization of thickness, width, length, color, coating material, embossed or printed surface, LOGO, and substrate. Free samples can be provided before bulk production. Finished goods receive full inspection before packing, and independent third-party inspection is accepted.

Flat-Sheet Export Protection and Replenishment

For flat-sheet shipment, products can be protected with EPE foam film, rigid cartons, and wooden pallets, with overall waterproof and moisture-resistant treatment. When supply is arranged in coil form, kraft paper, waterproof plastic film, iron corner guards, and steel straps are used.

Photo and video updates can be shared during manufacturing, packing, and shipment. Standard products generally take about 3 days to produce, customized products about one week, and the MOQ is approximately 30 tons. Repeat orders can be prioritized. For customers requiring continuing supply of multiple specifications, previously approved dimensions, colors, and surface options can be carried into later orders to improve replenishment efficiency.
