Color coated steel plate is a coated metal sheet option serving construction, appliance, transportation, furniture, and advertising applications. Purchasers can choose stainless steel, aluminum sheet, cold-rolled steel sheet, hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, or galvalume steel sheet as the substrate. Thickness ranges from 0.09 to 1.5 mm, widths are 750 mm and 1500 mm, coil inner diameter can be 508 mm or 610 mm, coil length can be customized, and coating thickness is 8–30 μm.

Available colors include sea blue, white gray, gray, crimson, dark green, and ivory white. Pantone and RAL color references are also supported for projects that require defined color matching.

Incoming raw materials are checked before use, production is managed under unified procedures, and finished products are inspected before packing according to the relevant indicators of the approved customer sample. Full inspection is completed before shipment preparation. Free samples can be supplied for orders with important color or appearance requirements, and buyers may also arrange third-party inspection.

Packing for Coil and Flat-Sheet Orders

Export protection is selected according to product form. Coils use kraft paper, waterproof plastic film, iron corner guards, and steel straps. Flat sheets use EPE foam film, rigid cartons, and wooden pallets, with waterproof and moisture-resistant packing measures.

Photos and videos can be supplied during production, packing, and dispatch. Standard production normally requires about 3 days, customized production around one week, and the MOQ is approximately 30 tons.
