Build the Order Around Substrate, Size and Finish
Galvanized color coated sheets combine selectable metal substrates with a colored coating appearance. Substrate options include stainless steel, aluminum sheet, cold-rolled steel sheet, hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, and galvalume steel sheet. Thickness can be specified from 0.09 to 1.5 mm, with widths of 750 mm or 1500 mm. Coil length can be customized, inner diameter can be 508 mm or 610 mm, and coating thickness ranges from 8 to 30 μm.
Color options include sea blue, white gray, gray, crimson, dark green, and ivory white. Buyers may also use Pantone or RAL color references. Available surface effects include plain, pearlescent, metallic, embossed, matte, printed, and anti-fingerprint. A purchasing specification can therefore be developed by combining substrate, dimensions, color, and finish according to the project.
Customization for Different End Uses
Applications include factory roofing, wall panels, construction enclosures, curtain walls, refrigerator and washing-machine panels, air-conditioner housings, containers, automotive interior parts, office furniture, cabinets, signs, and advertising boards.
Customization can cover thickness, width, length, color, coating material, embossing or printing, LOGO, and substrate material. These options allow building, appliance, furniture, transportation, and advertising projects to communicate the required configuration before production instead of adjusting important details after the order has already entered manufacturing.

Quality management begins with incoming-material inspection, continues through unified production control, and ends with finished-product checking against the relevant indicators of the approved sample. Full inspection is completed before packing, and third-party inspection is accepted.
Export Protection and Delivery Arrangements
For coils, export protection includes kraft paper, waterproof plastic film, iron corner guards, and steel straps. Flat sheets can use protective film, rigid cartons, and wooden pallets with overall moisture and water protection.
Customers can receive photo and video updates during production, packing, and shipment. The MOQ is approximately 30 tons. Standard products normally take about 3 days to manufacture, while customized products normally require about one week. EXW, FOB, and DDP terms are supported, allowing galvanized color coated sheets to be arranged according to different logistics and destination requirements.
