Fluoropolymer Coil Coating Paint is a liquid coating for metal coil applications. It is mainly produced from polyester resin and pigments and is suitable for steel sheet, aluminum sheet, and stainless steel sheet. Colors can be selected by referring to the RAL K7 color chart or Pantone references, with customization available for project-specific requirements.
For international purchasing, the order can be defined at the quotation stage by confirming the required color, substrate, quantity, and packing format. The factory can then use this information to arrange sampling and later production. Establishing these details before mass production helps keep the approved specification consistent across sampling, manufacturing, packing, and shipment.

OEM, ODM, and production according to customer requirements are available.
Buyers do not need to use a full-container order as the first product confirmation step. Free samples can be provided first, and small-scale testing can be arranged before the commercial order is finalized. If customized development is needed, a customer reference sample can be supplied to the factory. The customized sample is normally sent to the specified location about one week after the reference sample is received.
Inspection Records and Shipment Traceability
For bulk Fluoropolymer Coil Coating Paint orders, raw materials are checked after arrival at the factory, production follows unified process management, and finished goods are inspected before packing according to the relevant indicators of the customer-confirmed sample. A full inspection is performed before packing, and third-party inspection can also be arranged by the buyer.
Before container loading, video can be recorded as a shipment reference. If transport damage is found after arrival, the company will actively coordinate with the logistics provider and discuss with the customer whether replacement shipment is required. Linking product inspection, loading records, and transport issue handling gives overseas purchasing teams a clearer path for order follow-up.
Quantity, Lead Time, Payment and Packing
The MOQ is approximately 30 tons. Different colors or models can be mixed within the same MOQ, which can support projects requiring more than one specification. Standard products normally require around 3 days for production, while customized products normally require about one week. Repeat orders can be prioritized.
Packing options include 200 kg galvanized drums on pallets and ton drums. Pallets and straps can be used for export reinforcement, with cardboard placed between drums. Regular orders require a deposit and the remaining payment before the goods leave the factory. Customized-order payment terms are discussed case by case. RMB and USD are the preferred payment currencies.
