Metal Roofing Options for Building Projects

Colour coated metal roofing sheets are intended mainly for factory roofing, public-building roof and wall panels, and other metal construction applications. Substrate choices include stainless steel, aluminum sheet, cold-rolled steel sheet, hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, and galvalume steel sheet. Thickness ranges from 0.09 to 1.5 mm, while widths are available in 750 mm or 1500 mm. Coil inner diameter can be 508 mm or 610 mm, length can be customized, and coating thickness is 8–30 μm.

Available colors include sea blue, white gray, gray, crimson, dark green, and ivory white. Pantone and RAL references can be used for project color matching. Surface options include plain, pearlescent, metallic, embossed, matte, printed, and anti-fingerprint finishes, giving architectural teams several ways to coordinate roofing materials with the overall building appearance.

Project Coordination Before Bulk Production

Roofing and wall projects usually require the material dimensions and visual scheme to be aligned before manufacturing begins. Buyers can confirm the target color, thickness, width, and substrate first, then select additional surface treatments such as pearlescent, metallic, matte, embossed, or printed finishes where the design requires them.

The wider color-coated sheet range can also be used in appliances, transportation, furniture, and advertising applications. When a purchasing program includes several types of metal sheet, different specifications and surface requirements can be discussed within the same supply system.

Production Experience and Inspection Support

Pingyuan Wente Industry Co., Ltd. has worked in metal surface coating-related businesses since 2004. The factory occupies 110 mu, employs 103 people, and includes more than 30 research and development personnel together with a professional quality inspection organization. Manufacturing uses Siemens program control technology and an intelligent control system.

Raw materials are inspected after entering the factory. Production follows unified process management, and finished goods are checked before packing according to the relevant indicators of the customer-confirmed sample. Full inspection is completed before packing. Free samples can be requested prior to bulk purchasing, and third-party inspection is accepted.

Shipping Protection for Roofing Materials

International transport preparation takes moisture control and edge protection into account. Coils can be packed with kraft paper, waterproof plastic film, iron corner guards, and steel straps. Sheet products can be protected with protective film, rigid cartons, and wooden pallets.

Photos and videos may be supplied during production, packing, and shipment so project teams can follow execution remotely. Standard production normally takes about 3 days, customized production around one week, and repeat orders can receive priority. The MOQ is approximately 30 tons. For engineering procurement, colour coated metal roofing sheets can therefore move from sample confirmation through manufacturing and packing with the previously agreed project specification kept as the reference.
