Profiled Appearance with Multiple Finish Choices

Color coated corrugated sheets are designed for purchasing projects that require formed metal panels together with a colored surface. Substrate choices include stainless steel, aluminum sheet, cold-rolled steel sheet, hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, and galvalume steel sheet. Thickness can be selected from 0.09 to 1.5 mm, while available widths are 750 mm and 1500 mm. Coil inner diameter is 508 mm or 610 mm, and coil length can be adjusted according to the order. Coating thickness is 8–30 μm.

Available colors include sea blue, white gray, gray, crimson, dark green, and ivory white. Pantone and RAL color references can also be used for custom matching. Surface appearance may be specified as plain, pearlescent, metallic, embossed, matte, printed, or anti-fingerprint, allowing architectural projects to coordinate the panel profile with the required visual finish.

Roofing, Wall and Decorative Metal Uses

The corrugated sheet range is suitable for factory roofs, building walls, enclosures, and curtain-wall projects. The wider color-coated sheet series also covers metal parts for appliance housings, containers, automotive interiors, office furniture, cabinets, signs, and advertising boards.

For roofing and wall applications, purchasers can first determine sheet thickness, width, substrate, and target color. Decorative requirements such as embossing, printing, matte texture, or metallic appearance can then be added to the specification. Where different project zones need different colors, sample approval before mass production provides a direct reference for color confirmation.

Packing Designed for International Transport

Coils can be reinforced with kraft paper, waterproof plastic film, iron corner protectors, and steel straps. Sheet products use protective film, rigid cartons, and wooden pallets with waterproof and moisture-resistant protection.

Production, packing, and shipment can be documented with photos and videos, including records before container loading. Standard production is generally completed in about 3 days, while customized products usually require around one week. Repeat orders can be prioritized, and the MOQ is about 30 tons. EXW, FOB, and DDP trade terms are available for color coated corrugated sheets, allowing the product specification and logistics plan to be confirmed together before shipment.
