Resin Selection for New or Revised Coating Programs
Acrylic-modified Polyester Resin is intended for coil coating applications and can be considered for new formulation development, adjustment of an existing coating product, or evaluation of another resin supplier. It is synthesized from alkyd products, with a transparent to slightly yellow appearance, and the available model series is WT801-909.
Purchasers can define the target model, expected buying volume, and any existing resin used as a comparison reference. A free trial sample can be evaluated before a larger commitment is made. Supply can be arranged in 200 kg galvanized drums or ton drums.
Product application
Purchasing and Shipping Arrangement
The minimum quantity is around 30 tons, with more than one model permitted in the same order at that volume. A standard grade is generally produced in about 3 days, while a customized grade generally follows a one-week production cycle. Repeat purchases may receive priority handling.
EXW, FOB, and DDP trade terms are available. Regular orders use a deposit and require settlement of the balance before the goods leave the factory. Customized-product payment terms are discussed for each project. For international transport, 200 kg drums may be palletized, while straps and cardboard can be added between drums for reinforcement.
Matching Support from Sample to Commercial Order

When a purchaser wants to match an existing resin, the current material can be submitted as the development reference. The customized sample is normally dispatched about one week after the factory receives it. Pre-sales personnel can coordinate quotation, trial material, and testing arrangements. Freight and loading or unloading costs can then be discussed after the sample stage, allowing technical confirmation to precede final commercial arrangements.
Quality Management for Batch Release

Before packing, the completed resin is checked against the relevant indicators of the sample approved by the customer. Full inspection is completed for the batch, and third-party inspection can also be arranged.
