Order Definition Before Mass Production
Epoxy-modified Polyester Resin is a modified material intended for coil coating manufacture. Its synthesis is based on alkyd products. The finished resin is transparent or slightly yellow, and available models span WT801-909. Buyers can select 200 kg galvanized drums or ton drums, with custom manufacture available for project-specific needs.
A purchaser may begin by naming the required grade or sending a physical comparison sample. Trial material can then be evaluated in the customer's coating system before a container order is confirmed. Once accepted, the same sample can guide later production and pre-packing checks. This creates a direct link between the initial requirement and the goods prepared for shipment.
Product application
Supply Volume, Packing and Delivery Follow-Up
The starting order quantity is roughly 30 tons, equivalent to about one container. Several resin models may be placed in the same minimum-order shipment. Standard material usually follows a 3-day production cycle, while customized material generally needs about one week. Reorders can receive scheduling priority.
The factory's resin capacity is 2,500 tons per month. Epoxy-modified Polyester Resin is available in 200 kg galvanized drums and ton drums. Pallets, securing straps, and cardboard between drums can be used to reinforce export loads. If freight damage is found at destination, the company will communicate with the logistics provider and discuss with the buyer whether replacement material is required.

Inspection Records Across the Order
Materials are checked when they enter the plant. Batch manufacture then follows unified process management. Before packing, finished resin is assessed against the relevant indicators of the confirmed customer sample, and the complete quantity is inspected. A third-party inspection company may also be appointed by the purchaser.
Photographs and video can document manufacturing, packing, and shipment progress. These records provide overseas buyers with additional reference points for batch verification and later order communication before and after dispatch.
