Inspection Resources for Procurement Verification

Pingyuan Wente Industry Co., Ltd. operates a professional quality inspection organization equipped with a UV weathering test chamber, salt spray test chamber, and color difference meter. The company has ISO9001 quality management system certification and ISO14001 environmental management system certification.

Incoming raw materials are inspected before entering production. Manufacturing follows unified process management, and finished resin is checked before packing according to the relevant indicators of the sample confirmed by the customer. Full inspection is carried out before packing. Buyers may also arrange independent third-party inspection when required.

These inspection stages provide several practical checkpoints for purchasers who want to verify the material before shipment.

Sample Development and Order Communication

The company has focused on coil coatings and polyester resins since 2004 and maintains a research and development team of more than 30 people. High weather-resistant polyester resin can be produced according to customer requirements, with OEM and ODM support available.

Free samples can be supplied for preliminary trials. When development is based on a customer reference sample, the customized sample is normally sent to the designated destination about one week after the factory receives the reference material.

Sales and after-sales personnel can follow the project from product selection through mass production. Photos and videos may also be provided during manufacturing, packing, and shipment, giving overseas purchasers greater visibility into actual order progress.

Capacity, MOQ and Export Supply

Monthly resin production capacity is 2,500 tons. The MOQ is approximately 30 tons, and different models can be combined within the same minimum order. Standard grades normally require about 3 days for production, while customized grades generally require around one week. Repeat orders can receive priority scheduling.

Export packing can use 200 kg galvanized drums on pallets or ton drums. Straps and cardboard between drums can be added for transport reinforcement. EXW, FOB, and DDP trade terms are available, and pricing for larger-volume orders can be discussed according to the purchasing plan.
