In 2023, Pingyuan Wente Industry Co., Ltd. completed the development of silicone modified polyester resin together with related coating products. Product Profile and Sample Development
Silicone Modified Polyester Resin is intended for coil coating use. It is synthesized from alkyd products, with a transparent to slightly yellow appearance, and is offered within the WT801-909 model range. Supply can be arranged in 200 kg galvanized drums or ton drums. Customized products are also available according to customer requirements.
Buyers may send an existing resin sample together with the intended application and target model. OEM and ODM orders are supported. Free samples are available before mass production, and a customer-specific sample is normally sent to the requested location about one week after the reference material reaches the factory. This gives the buyer a physical basis for trial verification before approving the final grade.
Development Reference Carried into Inspection
The approved sample remains part of the order-control process. Raw materials are examined on arrival, production follows a unified process, and the finished batch is checked before packing against the relevant confirmed indicators. The complete order is inspected before shipment preparation.
The company's inspection resources include a UV weathering test chamber, salt spray test chamber, and color difference meter. Third-party inspection is accepted when required by the purchaser. Using the same confirmed sample from development through final checking helps keep the customized requirement connected with the actual production batch.
Supply Planning and Customer Follow-Up
The order threshold is about 30 tons, with more than one model allowed within the same minimum quantity. Standard grades normally require around 3 days for production, while customized grades generally require about one week. Repeat orders can receive priority. Monthly resin capacity is 2,500 tons.
For export, Silicone Modified Polyester Resin can be packed in 200 kg galvanized drums or ton drums. Pallets, straps, and cardboard between drums may be used to strengthen the load. EXW, FOB, and DDP trade terms are available. Photos and videos can be shared during production, packing, and shipment. Sales personnel work together with after-sales staff to maintain continuity from sample development through order execution and later usage feedback.
