Application-Led Product Confirmation

Aluminum can polyester resin is included in the polyester resin range supplied for coil coating use. It is synthesized from alkyd products, has a transparent to slightly yellow appearance, and is available across models WT801-909. Standard packing includes 200 kg galvanized drums and ton drums, while customized manufacturing can also be arranged.

Buyers with a defined application can provide their actual usage requirement, existing reference sample, target model, and planned order quantity during the inquiry stage. The factory can use this information to arrange product confirmation and sample evaluation before mass production.

A physical sample provides a practical basis for purchasing teams that want to evaluate a new source before placing a full commercial order.

Product application

Pre-Order Sampling and Technical Coordination

maintains a research and development team of more than 30 people. Production according to customer requirements is supported together with OEM and ODM services.

First-time customers can request free samples and arrange small-scale trials with pre-sales support. If development is based on the buyer's current material, the existing product can be sent to the factory as a reference. The customized sample is normally dispatched to the designated destination about one week after receipt.

This sampling arrangement allows purchasing requirements to be verified through actual material before container-volume supply begins.

Shipment Documentation and Transport Response

Raw materials are checked after arriving at the factory. Production follows a unified process, and finished goods are inspected before packing according to the relevant indicators of the confirmed customer sample. Full inspection is completed before shipment, and third-party inspection is accepted when requested.

Photos and videos can be shared during manufacturing, packing, and dispatch. A video record is also made before container loading.

If transport damage is identified after arrival, the company will coordinate with the logistics provider and discuss with the customer whether replacement goods are required. This provides overseas purchasers with a clearer reference for shipment condition and later delivery communication.

Batch Supply and Export Preparation

The MOQ is about 30 tons, and different models can be included within the same minimum-order shipment. Standard material is normally produced in around 3 days, customized material in about one week, and repeat orders can receive priority. Monthly resin production capacity is 2,500 tons.
