General Purpose Polyester Resin is a liquid material used in coil coating production. It is synthesized from alkyd products and appears transparent to slightly yellow. The available series covers WT801-909. Buyers may select 200 kg galvanized drums or ton drums, while non-standard requirements can be discussed for customized manufacture.
This product is suitable for customers building a regular raw-material purchasing plan for coil coatings. The inquiry can begin with the intended coating use, required model, expected volume, and packing choice. A sample can then be evaluated before the full order is released. Resin Supply Supported by an Integrated Product System
Pingyuan Wente Industry Co., Ltd. has worked with polyester resin and coil coatings since 2004. The company covers both resin materials and downstream coating products. Its factory occupies 110 mu, employs 103 people, and includes a research and development team of more than 30 members.
Technical discussion and model selection can be arranged before ordering. OEM and ODM service is available, and manufacturing can follow customer requirements. Free samples are offered for trial use. When the buyer sends an existing material as a development reference, the corresponding customized sample is usually dispatched to the nominated destination about one week after receipt.
Repeat Supply with Defined Batch References
For recurring purchases, the approved sample can remain an important reference from one order to the next. Incoming materials are checked before they enter manufacturing, the production process is managed consistently, and the finished resin is examined before packing according to the relevant indicators of the approved sample. The shipment quantity is fully inspected before packing.
The factory has a professional inspection organization and equipment including a UV weathering test chamber, salt spray test chamber, and color difference meter. Independent third-party inspection is accepted. Production, packing, and dispatch progress can also be shared through photographs and video.
Capacity and Commercial Arrangement
The starting quantity is about 30 tons, approximately one container. Several models may be combined within that quantity. Regular grades are generally produced in around 3 days; customized grades usually require about one week. Replenishment orders may receive priority scheduling.
Resin output is 2,500 tons per month. Export supply can use 200 kg galvanized drums or ton drums, with pallets, straps, and cardboard used for transport reinforcement where needed. EXW, FOB, and DDP terms are supported. Standard orders use a deposit with the remaining payment settled before factory release, and larger-volume orders can be discussed separately for pricing.
