Verification Before Full-Scale Use

Liquid Saturated Polyester Resin is intended for coil coating manufacture and is supplied in liquid form. It is synthesized from alkyd products, with a transparent or slightly yellow appearance. Models are available from WT801 to WT909. Packing can be arranged in 200 kg galvanized drums or ton drums, and customer-specific production is supported.

A practical purchasing route is to test first and scale later. The buyer may identify a target model or submit an existing sample, then run a small trial in the planned coil coating application. Once the result and purchasing requirements are confirmed, the bulk order can be scheduled. This keeps the commercial order connected to the material that has already been physically evaluated.

Pingyuan Wente Industry Co., Ltd. has established research and manufacturing resources for polyester resin and coil coating products. The site covers 110 mu and has 103 employees, including more than 30 research and development personnel.

OEM, ODM, and manufacturing to customer requirements are available. Samples can be supplied free of charge for preliminary testing. When a purchaser needs a customized grade based on its current resin, the reference material can be sent to the factory for development. The resulting sample is normally mailed to the specified location about one week after the factory receives the customer's material.

Order Visibility Through Packing and Dispatch

For overseas procurement, production status can be documented at several stages. Raw materials are inspected on arrival. Manufacturing follows a controlled process, and the completed resin is checked before packing using the relevant indicators of the approved reference sample. Full inspection is performed before the goods are packed, while third-party inspection may also be arranged.

Photographs and videos can be provided during production, packing, and shipment. A loading video can be retained before container dispatch. If the cargo is damaged in transit, the company can coordinate with the logistics provider and discuss with the customer whether a replacement shipment is required.

Logistics and Payment Options

The order threshold is around 30 tons, and different models can share the same minimum-order shipment. Standard production is generally completed in about 3 days. Customized manufacture generally takes one week, and repeat orders can be handled with priority.

Monthly resin capacity reaches 2,500 tons, with a relatively short raw-material preparation cycle. Liquid Saturated Polyester Resin may be packed in 200 kg galvanized drums or 1-ton drums, using pallets, straps, and cardboard for additional shipment stability when required. RMB and USD are preferred payment currencies. EXW, FOB, and DDP delivery terms are available for buyers using different logistics arrangements.
