Modified Resin Supply for Coil Coating Production

Polyurethane modified polyester resin is one of the modified polyester resin products used for coil coating manufacturing. It is synthesized from alkyd products and is supplied with a transparent to slightly yellow appearance. Available models cover WT801-909, and packing can be arranged in 200 kg galvanized drums or ton drums. Customer-specific production is supported.

Buyers can confirm the required model and intended coating use through technical communication before placing a larger order. Free samples can be used for preliminary evaluation, while an existing product may be supplied as a reference when matching or customized development is required.

This approach enables the customer to clarify product requirements through actual testing before regular supply is established.

Integrated Resin and Coating Experience

Pingyuan Wente Industry Co., Ltd. has developed a product system covering polyester resin and coil coating. The company was established in 2004, operates a 110-mu production site, employs 103 people, and has more than 30 research and development personnel.

OEM, ODM, and manufacturing according to customer requirements are available. When the purchaser provides a reference sample, a customized sample is normally dispatched to the specified destination about one week after receipt.

For customers gradually qualifying a new raw-material source, this development process connects sample evaluation with later production arrangements.

Production Control with Ongoing Technical Contact

Quality management begins with inspection of incoming raw materials. The batch then follows unified manufacturing procedures. Before packing, the finished resin is checked according to the relevant indicators of the customer-approved sample and undergoes full inspection.

Purchasers may appoint a third party for independent inspection. Photos and videos can be provided from production through packing and shipment.

During order execution, after-sales personnel can communicate with the customer's production line and respond when technical or usage issues require attention. Follow-up continues after delivery, and on-site handling can be arranged when necessary.

Replenishment Planning and Commercial Terms

The MOQ is approximately 30 tons, and different models may be combined within the same minimum quantity. Resin production capacity is 2,500 tons per month. Standard grades normally take around 3 days to produce, customized grades about one week, and repeat orders can receive priority scheduling.

Polyurethane modified polyester resin can be packed in palletized 200 kg galvanized drums or ton drums. Export loads can be secured with straps and cardboard between drums.

EXW, FOB, and DDP trade terms are available. Regular orders require a deposit and settlement of the remaining balance before the goods leave the factory, while customized orders are discussed according to the specific purchasing project.
