High-solid polyester resin is part of the polyester resin range used in coil coating manufacturing. It is synthesized from alkyd products, appears transparent to slightly yellow, and is available within the WT801-909 model series. Buyers may choose 200 kg galvanized drums or ton drums, and customized products can be produced according to individual requirements.

For projects with defined solid-content requirements, customers can submit their target requirements during the inquiry and sampling stage.

The factory can discuss the requested specification, arrange trial material, and use the approved sample as the basis for subsequent purchasing.

This process allows the buyer to evaluate the material under its own conditions before moving to a larger commercial order.

R&D Support Before Commercial Commitment

Pingyuan Wente Industry Co., Ltd. has a research and development team of more than 30 people and supports manufacturing according to customer requirements. OEM and ODM services are available for customers requiring customized resin supply.

Free samples can be supplied for customer testing or small-scale trials. When matching is required against an existing product, the buyer can send a reference sample to the factory. A customized sample is normally dispatched about one week after the reference is received.

After sample testing is completed, freight and loading or unloading costs can be discussed. This enables technical confirmation and commercial arrangements to be handled in a clear sequence.

Quality Control Linked to the Approved Sample

Incoming raw materials are inspected before production. Manufacturing follows unified process management, while finished resin is checked before packing according to the relevant indicators of the customer-approved sample. Full inspection is conducted before packing.

Third-party inspection is available for purchasers who require independent verification. The company operates a professional quality inspection organization and has established ISO9001 quality management and ISO14001 environmental management systems.

Photos and videos may be provided during production, packing, and dispatch, allowing purchasers to follow the actual status of customized or bulk orders.

Order Volume, Payment and Packing

The MOQ is approximately 30 tons, and multiple models can be included within one minimum quantity. Monthly resin capacity is 2,500 tons. Standard production normally takes about 3 days, while customized production generally requires about one week. Repeat orders can be prioritized.

High-solid polyester resin can be supplied in palletized 200 kg galvanized drums or ton drums. Straps and cardboard between drums may be used for international transport reinforcement.

Regular orders require a deposit, with the remaining balance settled before the goods leave the factory. Customized payment terms are discussed according to the specific order. RMB and USD are preferred settlement currencies, while EXW, FOB, and DDP trade options are supported.
